Accounting Assistant
XLR supports audiovisual professionals with high-quality sound, lighting and video solutions. From our offices in Wemmel, our team puts its expertise at the service of our customers and their projects.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organised Accounting Assistant to handle the day-to-day follow-up of our accounting activities and support our administrative management, in close collaboration with our external accounting firm.
Your main mission
Accounting entries
Record purchase and sales invoices, expense reports and bank transactions in Odoo.
Customer and supplier follow-up
Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices and prepare supplier payments.
Bank reconciliation
Ensure that accounting entries match bank statements, identify discrepancies and report any issues.
Preparation of tax and accounting filings
Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and gather the information required for periodic accounting deadlines.
Administrative support
File and archive supporting documents, process correspondence and ensure the proper follow-up of administrative records.
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- You are able to work professionally in French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You have experience with Odoo, particularly its accounting and invoicing features.
- You are comfortable using standard office software, especially Excel.
- You are accurate, discreet and highly organised.
- You are able to work regularly and punctually from our Wemmel office. A home-to-work commute of less than 40 minutes during peak hours is preferred.

- Contract : Permanent contract, working schedule to be confirmed
- Salary : Competitive and in line with the market, depending on your experience and skills
