Terms & Conditions – AVANTIS Trade-In Program
1. Geographic Eligibility
This trade-in offer is valid exclusively for customers located in the Benelux region (Belgium and Luxembourg). Only companies, institutions, rental providers, integrators, and other professional users are eligible for the program.
2. Validity Period
The offer is valid until December 31, 2025, unless extended or ended earlier by XLR. Any requests submitted after this date will not be eligible.
3. Eligible Products for Reprise
Only professional digital mixing consoles are accepted for trade-in. Brands accepted include (but are not limited to): Allen & Heath, Yamaha, Midas, Soundcraft, Behringer, DiGiCo, etc. Analog consoles, consumer products, or equipment not intended for professional use are excluded.
4. Conditions of the Trade-In Console
To qualify for the trade-in value, the console must be in working condition unless explicitly agreed otherwise; be free of any legal claims, liens, rental obligations, or third-party ownership; include its power supply, base accessories, and any expansion cards declared during the estimate request; not show signs of severe damage such as liquid ingress, major impact, or burnt components. Cosmetic wear is acceptable but may affect the valuation.
5. Valuation Process
The initial estimate provided by XLR is indicative only and based on photos and information submitted by the customer. The final trade-in amount is confirmed after full inspection and testing by XLR technicians. If the console’s condition is different from the initial description, XLR may adjust the value or refuse the trade-in. If refused, the console will be returned to the customer (return transport charges may apply).
6. Maximum Trade-In Amount
The maximum trade-in credit is €3,200 per console. Only one trade-in console can be linked to one new Avantis system purchase unless agreed otherwise.
7. Purchase Conditions
The trade-in offer is valid only with the purchase of an Allen & Heath Avantis system. The trade-in value is applied as a direct deduction on the customer’s invoice or as a credit note. The customer must confirm their Avantis configuration before receiving the final offer.
8. Logistics & Transport
The customer may drop off the console at XLR or request a pickup (transport fees may apply). The customer is responsible for proper packaging; XLR is not liable for damage during transport due to inadequate packaging.
9. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the trade-in console transfers to XLR only after acceptance of the final valuation and receipt of the replacement Avantis order. Once transferred, the console cannot be reclaimed by the customer.
10. Program Modifications
XLR reserves the right to change trade-in values, modify program conditions, or end the program at any time. Modifications apply only to future requests and not to already accepted offers.
