Lighting Sales
XLR is a leading distributor of professional audiovisual solutions, serving the live entertainment, events, broadcast and installation markets. Known for its technical expertise and customer-focused approach, XLR partners with premium brands to deliver high-end lighting and control solutions.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate Lighting Sales Representative to develop and promote leading lighting brands such as Elation, Minuit Une, Obsidian Control Systems and Follow-me tracking system.
Role Overview
As a Lighting Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales activities and building strong relationships with clients in the professional lighting market. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining technical knowledge with commercial skills to provide tailored solutions.
Key Reponsilibities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients
- Promote and sell lighting solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations and technical advice
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and negotiate sales agreements
- Work closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, marketing)
- Attend trade shows, demos and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Profile and skills
- Experience in sales within the professional lighting, AV or entertainment technology industry
- Technical understanding of professional lighting systems and control
- Commercial mindset
- Customer-oriented and solution-driven approach

Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch + English is required
